About Aristaviva
A boutique architectural visualisation studio founded by architects.
We don’t produce images. We work with those who value the difference between a correct image and an image that tells the project.
History
Two architects, one way of looking.
Aristaviva was born in 2017. Marco and Miguel Ángel met while studying Architecture and, on finishing their degree, decided to build something of their own. The path was not straight —no interesting path is— but all its detours pointed to the same place: telling architecture through images.
We soon saw clearly what developers really need. Not experiences, not technology for technology’s sake: images that sell the project. And we began to specialise in architectural visualisation from a premise no one else offered with the same honesty — we are architects. We read the plan. We compose as we would compose a building.
Almost a decade on, we still work as a boutique studio, and it is a considered decision. The client always speaks with whoever decides and executes the project: no intermediate departments, no translation between the commercial and the production sides. Marco and Miguel Ángel lead every project, one by one.
The team
Two architects behind every image.
Marco and Miguel Ángel met at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Aristaviva was born a few years later, when both were after the same thing from different sides of the craft.

Architect. I take the studio’s projects from start to finish — from the first email to the final image.
I started Aristaviva because I grew tired of seeing images that didn’t tell what the project deserved. There’s an enormous distance between a technically correct image and an image that sells — and that distance is decided early, in the conversation with the client and in how the commission is framed.
I care about a studio working like a system: processes that don’t depend on improvisation, a client who receives what they expected without having to ask twice. I think of Aristaviva as something you build, not just a place where images are made.

Architect. Every project reaches me as a plan and an intent.
My work is to find the angle and the light that tell that intent better than the built building itself. Sometimes it’s an image at dawn, sometimes a material detail — it depends on the project and on what the architect was after.
I still work as if I were an architect. I read the plan, I understand the structure, then I set the camera. The image is the last step, not the first. That sequence explains why corrections are fewer with us: the hard decisions are already made when the model begins.
Why us
The difference is the training.
- Judgement. We read a plan before modelling it. We understand the architect’s intent from the first reading.
- Anticipation. We spot composition problems before they appear in the image.
- A shared language. We speak with architectural judgement — no need to translate between disciplines.
- Efficiency. Fewer rounds, less friction, more time for what matters.
